Randomness

- Last night we got to register for the next session of gymnastics for my daughter. The class she’s currently in is for 3 ½ - 4 ½ year-olds. Then the next class is for 4 ½ - 5 ½ year-olds. I was very excited that my daughter’s teacher recommended that she move up to the next class next session, even though she won’t be 4 ½ yet.

- In the next couple weeks I will be very busy at work, which excites me, because I’ve been kind of bored lately since I haven’t had a ton to do.

- We are actually staying home this weekend! No trips! And hopefully we’ll visit an apple orchard and get some great apples so that I can make some great desserts!

- Is it bad I’m talking about the weekend and it’s only Tuesday morning???

- The kids had a rough night last night – my son kept waking up, so I brought him into my bed with me and just held him like I used to when he was very little. He fell asleep and slept through the night. My daughter on the other hand kept waking up, so finally I made her a little bed on the floor by my bed and she slept for 3 hours (since it was 3:30 AM when I brought her in!!).

- I made an awesome dessert last night – mini chocolate chip pecan tartlets. They were yummy!

- I really wish I had more interesting things to tell you about :)

It's never too early to think about the weekend!

These are all interesting because we get little glimpses into your life. ;-)

don't ever feel you have nothing interesting to say, you do. Your "randomness" is great, lots of small things that tell us what a caring person you are and what a hard worker you are!!

It's never too early to talk about the weekend. And seriously, I think there is a kids not sleeping epidemic going around...

Apple picking sounds really fun - such a fun Fall thing to do.

Thinking about the weekend is the only way to survive the week! Definitely not a bad idea to look forward to it.

Hey do you have extra betty crocker skills you can throw my way? I never would think of making those tartlets. I have never even actually heard of someone making them...where on earth do you get these ideas?
