OK, I had a very busy weekend and kept meaning to do this but I forgot. And then this morning I was going to try to do it, but let’s face it…if you push the “snooze” button until the last possible second, leaving you only 40 minutes to shower, get dressed, put on make-up and do your hair before you have to leave, there’s no time for picture taking.
But then I remembered that I already have so pictures that would be pretty close to what I would see 30 steps away from my computer!!! Aren’t I lucky?
But then I remembered that I already have so pictures that would be pretty close to what I would see 30 steps away from my computer!!! Aren’t I lucky?
So here are my photos...they may not be as specific as looking at a particular thing, but at least you can see my house :)
Yes, these two kids are almost always in my bed, so even if I had done this assignment correctly, I probably still would have seen them here (minus the pacifier of course!) :) Above the adorable little munchkins, through the railing, is our "owner's retreat." This is the computer room and my scrapbooking room. It's pretty unorganized right now and a lot of times it's pretty messy, but it's nice to be able to leave my scrapbooking stuff out all the time!
30 steps away from the computer will lead you just outside our bedroom and looking out you can see our great room and eating area and a small little portion of our kitchen.
So there you have it! Phew, I felt like a high schooler that forgot to do my homework...good thing I was able to refresh all my skills and get by without having to tell the teacher I didn't have it!

I have that same comforter :)
No wonder the munchkins like that bed it looks super comfy. You get a great view from there, so you can keep an eye on everything!!
I love the view!!
And don't feel bad about forgetting, I'm hoping to do it when I get home tonight. :)
The kids look so comfy and sweet all snuggled up in bed. It's a wonder you're able to get up!
you have a beautiful home and oh your bed looks so comfy. No wonder you hit the snooze alarm this am.
I would love to have one room to keep my craft supplies out, that would make it so much easier. The picking up all the time is UGH!!!
I love your "owner's retreat"!
I am awe of you - and lots of other mom/bloggers - who actually have visible floors! When my kids were small, I blamed my mess on them and now I blame it on my dogs!
The kids are so sweet in your bed together. I'm glad my 2 year old isn't the only one still clinging for dear life to the paci!
That IS a comfy looking bed and I love the composition of that last photo - so intersting with the the lines and rectangles!
Mine still gets in our bed - and she's almost 14! You have a lovely home!
Cute top photo...and love how the light is coming through all the windows!---And really, who cares about messy?!!! Life is more important than messy.
That first photo has to be the best view you've ever seen! How sweet. Makes me want to go snuggle up with my little man!
Beautiful home and adorable kids. What more could you ask for (besides the bed to yourself!)?
Your house looks very cozy! I love it!! Looks very nice! Love the pic of the kids in the bed! Too cute!
your house design looks so much like my niece who lives in the portland or area.
I need an 'owner's retreat'... actually, I just need a place to leave my scrapbooking stuff out. The dining room table doesn't work out too well! :)
