And our realtor finally calls!!! What does she say? That they have counter-offered again!!! So now the price is at $175,900, but we get to stay in the house until 11/29 and not have a house payment in November! That is awesome! We actually had a showing scheduled for tomorrow, so we're trying to move the showing to sometime today so that someone else can see it and possibly make another offer on it :) We'll see!

We are building a house in a different suburb of Columbus (Powell). We are so excited!! I hope to post pictures of the new house today, I've finally taken some!
I do hate selling a house! And hopefully, we will die in this new house we are building! We build it big enough to accomodate the two more kids we're planning on having, so there should be no reason to move!
OK, I really can spell, I meant "builT it big enough". I wish that I could edit my comment!
Congrats on getting the offer through! I feel your pain, I live with a realtor!
