It's a crappy offer, but at least it's an offer! We have it listed at $179,900 and they offered $169,900, plus our refrigerator (we were planning on taking that with us). We'll definitely counter...I'll talk to my realtor in about an hour and see what she has to say. She's known for getting pretty close to asking price, she's a great negotiator!

I live in Columbus, OH...we have a great cost of living! You can easily get decent homes here for %150,000. Heck, this was our fist house and it only cost us $148,000. I'm going to work on that link!
